Certify is your destination for expense reporting and management. Certify will help you with expense policy compliance and expedite reimbursements. Contact your HR manager for access and training on Certify.

This is your destination to report and receive support for technology and computer related issues, including issues with software, hardware, Google Suite apps (email, calendar, etc.), HR and finance systems, and operations.  This is also your resource if you need to update or change content on one of the company’s website (acelero.com, acelerolearning.com or shineearly.com). Do not contact the Marketing Department for changes to any of these websites. Please submit a ticket with detailed information about the requested change and include the URL for the page you wish to update.

SARGE is a comprehensive resource designed to support staff in implementing high-quality programs that complies with all Head Start performance standards. SARGE includes the ISP (Integrated Service Plan), policies, procedures and a wide variety of tools and forms. Click on “Browse Documents” to see a list of all SARGE sections; then select any heading or subheading for a list of all documents in that section.

This is your destination for Shine Insight.  At Acelero, Inc., we believe Head Start programs must provide families, teachers and staff with access to real time data to make the best decisions for children.  All Acelero stakeholders need to know if programs are delivering positive, measurable outcomes for children.  Shine Insight incorporates our Head Start service delivery tools to capture data, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve.

Workplace is your destination to connect with colleagues across the Acelero, Inc. network. It’s a communication platform that securely combines chat, video, and groups internally with the work tools we already use. Think Facebook, but for our internal network only.
