As the VP of DEIB, Valerie designs, facilitates, and evaluates a comprehensive DEIB learning and development strategy to ensure that every employee feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to contribute fully to Acelero, Inc.’s mission and vision. Before joining Acelero, she was the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of ViM Leadership Coaching, where she developed highly customized professional development solutions for mission-driven organizations. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Florida International University. 

Fun fact about Val: At the age of 10, she enthusiastically became a certified scuba diver, earning her the title of one of the youngest underwater adventurers in Miami.
