As VP of Shine Fortify Services, Rosa works closely with Shine Early Learning partners. Since joining the company in 2007, Rosa has served as the Director of Monmouth County, Executive Director of Monmouth/Middlesex County, and Director of Quality Assurance, where she was responsible for the assessment and evaluation of Acelero Learning’s delegate programs. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she also continues to strengthen her clinical skills by working as a psychiatric social worker at a local hospital, where she conducts crisis intervention and assessments for emergency room patients. Rosa hold’s a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Montclair State University and a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
