Dr. Sipp, Senior Vice President of Head Start, provides leadership, oversight, and support to four Delegate Vice Presidents and their teams across four states (Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and New Jersey), working with four regional offices (Regions II, III, V, and IX). He previously served as Vice President for the Clark County delegate. Dr. Sipp holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a master’s of educational leadership, and doctorate in early childhood special education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and postgraduate certification in applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University.
