Natalie is the Chief of Staff for the Learning and Impact team at Acelero, Inc. Her primary responsibilities include optimizing operations, strategy, and execution. Additionally, she serves as the steward of the team’s culture and communication, ensuring we can serve both internal and external partners with excellence. Natalie has dedicated the last 20 years to serving children, families, and communities in various roles as an Educator and Administrator. Prior to her current position, she served as the Executive Project Lead for Acelero, Inc., where she focused on restructuring, aligning, and increasing efficiency. Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University.
