Dr. Begg-Roberson, Senior Vice President of Program Services and Innovation (PSI), develops and oversees a programmatic strategy and aligned services that enable the design, adoption, implementation and adaptation of Inc. created education, family engagement, health, and data analytic tools and resources. She formerly served as the Senior Executive Director of the Early Childhood Teaching and Learning Team in New York City Public Schools, where she led a central team of staff members and coaches who worked on professional learning, curriculum, dual language, family childcare, and directly supported 3-K and pre-K teachers and school leaders in many settings – public schools, community based learning centers and Head Start programs. Dr. Begg-Roberson holds a doctorate in leadership and learning in organizations from Vanderbilt University.
