Katharine Hersh is the Chief Financial Officer for Acelero, Inc. She brings 15 years’ experience across private equity, corporate finance, government contracting, audit, and compliance. Katharine was most recently a Partner with the Builders Fund, a leading growth stage private equity fund investing in purpose-driven businesses, and previously led finance and contract management for the Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health at UCSF, where she oversaw a $50 million annual budget of sponsored research and clinical programs. Katharine has completed more than 40 investment, corporate, federal, and philanthropic transactions, with a total value exceeding $1 billion. Katharine holds a B.S. in physics from Stanford University and an MBA in finance from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
