Claudia serves as the Vice President of Community Partnerships, leading the division and providing guidance to the Senior Directors of Partnership Management as they work towards our mission of bridging the gaps between young children’s innate potential and their success in both school and life. Prior to her current role, she served as the Executive Director of our Acelero Wisconsin delegate. Subsequently, transitioned to the Shine Early Learning team, where she supported the New York City Department of Education’s Head Start Program as a project director. Her educational background includes a master’s degree in education foundation with a minor in multicultural education from Florida Atlantic University.

Here is a fun fact about Claudia: She was captain of the volleyball team in high school.
