Cicely serves as Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO, connecting internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive toward organizational goals. She has over 25 years of experience in the education and non-profit space. For the past 17 years, Cicely has served in various leadership roles at KIPP Texas Public Schools, which provides Pre-K-12 education for 34,000 children in four regions across the state. Cicely holds a bachelor’s degree from Colby College and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.
