Charlie, Senior Vice President of Shine Early Learning, provides strategic leadership and ensures the successful design and execution of Shine’s partnership programs and services. Previously, he served as Vice President of Shine Public Systems, the division dedicated to building and implementing training and technical assistance solutions for states and municipalities at scale. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Indiana University and a master’s in educational leadership and administration from Butler University. Charlie loves to travel with his family, sail, and spend time at the baseball fields with his three sons.
